Today's Theme: Weather in a Jar! Make and observe weather in a jar – rain, clouds, rainbows, frost – even a tornado! Supplies needed: 1. Five glass jars with lids 2. Pitcher for pouring water 3. 1 cup of ice cubes 4. 2 tablespoons of salt 5. 1 tsp dish soap 6. 1 tsp white vinegar 7. Small amount of food coloring 8. 1 cup shaving cream 9. Flashlight or sunny window 10. A spoon.
