The classes will be taught by Christine Eldridge who started her fitness journey twelve years ago when she won a weight loss challenge at a local gym. Inspired to help other people get stronger, she earned her first fitness certification course and started teaching a weekly class. Her passion motivated her to leave her corporate job, and she is now a full-time fitness professional.
