This class is open to all ages and provides a welcoming introduction to Tai Chi movements and principles. Designed as a progressive series, participants are encouraged to attend all eight sessions for the best experience.
Instructional classes take place on Mondays, with instructor-led practice sessions on the following Fridays.
Participants will learn both beginner and advanced Tai Chi movements, proven to help treat arthritis and prevent falls, approved by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The instructor is certified and trained in these methods.
