Shrek isn't the least bit sophisticated or thought provoking, but it is filled with nonstop laughs and a little bit of action. It seems like a good book for adults and children alike.

Cute book done in that engaging DK style that includes lots of pictures so it keeps their interest while also providing reading practice. Especially good for young people who enjoy the movie and want to experience the characters in a new way or notice details of the movie that they hadn't noticed before.
