For goth girl, Cassie, fitting into a new school and neighborhood isn't easy, but she entertains herself by playing tricks on the "popular" kids and her little brother, Max. As Halloween approaches, Cassie's search for scares leads her to a mysterious Halloween store and an unusual book. When Max begs her to read the book to him, she gives in and disregards the warning about not reading the book aloud. But it's when they get to the last page of the book and its clear warning about the Evil Thing, that the spooky adventure really begins.

Emily Osment i can't bevlie she stared in this movie you know she stars in soccer mom i kind of liked this movie but not so good movie she stared in hannah montanna show loved the show and i loved this movie the hanting hour don't thiink about it that was the frist movie ever i watched i stared to watched this movie in 2009 i never heard of the hunting hour this show yet then i watched it on t.v on y.tv but i think goosebumps are better .
