The FCC needs to update their acceptable levels of Radio Frequency exposure. The levels of diagnosis of autism has increased at the comparable levels of wireless activity. The dangers of exposure to this radiation has a negative impact on the neurological system and is a symptom rather than a cause-the DSM criteria is not accurate. It is a neurological disorder not a mental defect. The symptoms of overexposure to RF radiation is tachycardia. This response is very dangerous to pregnant women and young children.

I know for a fact that the hacking of these devices can have a detrimental affect. The term 'medical implants' should be redefined as bio-medical implants used for experimentation. These devices are controlled by radio frequencies. They are not being used with the consent of the experimental subject. As a matter of fact, they may not know who implanted the devices, what they are, or who is activating them. These types of devices were used to torture and murder my unborn children. The only survivor after the controller was implanted behind my sternum, was diagnosed with autism(he was really damaged neurologically before birth).

Of course, this is very disturbing to some-I might appear to be very disturbed by this, but I do not think it constitutes a 24/7 surveillance including monitoring my heart rate. It was not categorized as an unexpected result and the experiment canceled. It may be considered as a tool for future use when a woman soldier becomes pregnant and refuses to terminate her pregancy! As for my profile!! Instead, I have been identified as a person of interest.

Beware! It might be too late to stop this, but we can all make a difference by standing up for our individual rights and appealing to the collective conscience.

The first scene, at the home of Kevin Grodesky, where he films a utility employee kicking down his basement door to gain access to the utility meters with the intent to replace it with a smart meter is downright scary. What would give any corporation the right to break and enter a private residence, a felony, and take matters into their own hands like that? And it continues to become scarier right from the get-go.

Although the smart meter is marketed as an energy and money saver, it's anything but. In fact, it causes fires from overheating, constantly emits harmful (even fatal) radiation, uses a tremendous amount of energy in which the cost is passed on to the consumer, along with a host of undesirable and dangerous characteristics. But the marketing folks will continue to deliver to you this known deliterious product and willfully ignore ethics along the way. Plus, they can track your activities within your home and manipulate any electrical appliance at will, depending on your behavior and without your consent, anywhere in the world, as they continue to push the use of this device and their agenda. Thomas Drake, a former NSA senior executive, describes the device as 'a persistent universal wiretap on every person.' Here, the energy companies clearly demonstrate that what they market is much different from the way the actual product performs, even if these defects and ill-conceived characteristics are well known to the corporation and intended. I think what's important to keep note of is that this can be applied to any product because marketing folks and corporations can easily persuade you through coordinated marketing campaigns, leaving the burden to the individuals to determine what to believe and what to reject, and leaving you to your own resources to uncover facts to the contrary.

'Energy officials knew of these weaknesses [pertaining to hacking] but approved plans for the projects [to install smart meters] anyway. Auditors said: The initial weaknesses had not always been fully addressed and did not include a number of security practices commonly recommended for federal government and industry systems.'

What ever happened to accountability and responsibility?

Everyone should watch and realize what we are up against with "smart" utility meters -- a false energy management solution and very expensive -- wasting billions of dollars; considered a failed technology policy in several places in Europe.

The US Supreme Court has asserted that: 'At the very core [of the 4th Amendment] stands the right of a man to retreat into his own home and there be free from unreasonable government intrusion.'

Telecommunications Act of 1996, Section 704: '(iv) No State or local government or instrumentality thereof may regulate the placement, construction, and modification of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects of radio frequency emissions to the extent that such facilities comply with the Commission's regulations concerning such emissions.'

This federal legislation was written by the utility industry which strips the rights of state and local governments the right to protect her citizens from radiation.

Attorney General Lisa Madigan, State of Illinois, Chicago Tribune (6-21-11): 'The utilities have shown no evidence of billions of dollars of benefits to consumers from these new meters, but they have shown they know how to profit.

I think the only question is: How dumb do they think we are?'

Attorney General George Jespen, State of Connecticut: 'The pilot results [on smart meters] showed no beneficial impact on total energy usage.'
