Ever since Lord Ballister was in freak incident that left him disgraced and with a mechanical hand, he swore vengeance on Lord Goldenstein, his former best friend (now rival) who caused the incident. Ballister has since taken on the role of the kingdom villain, and spends his time committing petty crimes. But everything changes when the rambunctious Nimona shows up to his lair and declares herself his sidekick. She’s reckless and unafraid to kill, a drastic departure from Ballister’s more gentlemanly way of villainy. But she also has mysterious shape-shifting powers that come in handy! Together Ballister and Nimona stumble upon a dark conspiracy hiding right within the kingdom, and vow to take out the real bad guys.
