The audience for this book is an adult aged 40-70, which a bit tough to reconcile with when you're a 17 year old kid who loves reading. There a few chapters with good research backed claims and information, specifically Keys 1-3 and 6, while the other chapters came off more as filler and were a drag to read. Overall the writing style is fairly dull and again, geared towards older adults. Definitely some good bits of information here and there, but overall each chapter drags on too long.
