Lou Lou and Pea are a best friend duo known for their PSPP (Post-School-Pre-Parents) tea parties. While Peacock Pearl loves all things fashion and Lou Lou Bombay loves gardening, they both love their vibrant neighborhood , El Corazón, and its many murals. All is well in their community until several fiascoes befall the girls, their neighbors, and their friends. Lou Lou and Pea discover that the disasters are being documented in the murals around town and it seems they are the only ones to have noticed! It's up to Lou Lou and Pea to discover the culprit making trouble for the people of El Corazón and find the artist that is changing the murals.

This is a delightful read for anyone that enjoys a book about chummy friends in a diverse setting, tea parties, fashion, and gardening. Bonus: the book also includes a recipe for Pan de Muerto, instructions on how to make a flower crown, and a glossary of words to know in Spanish.
