This is a complex book that highlights the consequences of our actions. The theme is to work towards bettering a bad situation rather than trying to level the playing field by engaging in revengeful actions. Had Brock worked toward bettering and understanding his relationship with his father, many of the negative consequences - which bring bystanders along with him - wouldn’t have happened.
The most redundant message (for me) was how one person’s actions can affect the course of many lives.

A terrific book with twists and turns that made it hard to put down. What would you do if you could go back and change your past? A man struggling with his marriage and business has the chance to find out. However, each time he makes a change that would seem to for the better, his present situation goes further downhill. How can he turns things around and find the future God wants for him? Intriguing ideas, characters, and plot.
