What do magicians, morticians, artists, foster children, suicide survivors, Alaska, Delaware, and the Librarian of Congress have in common? They are all integral to Brad Melzter's THE ESCAPE ARTIST. This is an amazingly creative story and great read. I especially like the way he has blended in the story of Dover AFB and the great tradition and respect shown by those who work there for our fallen soldiers. Highly recommend it.

This is the first book by Brad Meltzer that I've read. It started at kind of a slow pace but held my interest; by the second half it was going at a pretty good clip. Good characters, a few surprises, and great detail in it's setting.
The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo it aint, but I enjoyed it enough to look for others by this author.
