This was an average teen gore horror film. The original was much better, and actually had some scares to go with the vast quantity of gore. There are a few true gross out moments, but I didn't particuarly care for it. The animation sequences at the beginning and end were kind of funny. Not a bad horror movie for the type it is, but nothing new.
