Stella Rimington used to work for MI5. How? If I tell you I have to kill you . . .

Characters already met are a little older and a little wiser and even more likeable. Not everyone is suited for a life in the Secret Service.

Two Illegals target a new MI6 employee and Liz Carlyle’s colleague Peggy’s boyfriend Tim. One of the best! Seems like something that could be happening right now.

I disagree with the person who thinks this book is a waste of trees. I have read all of her books, but have found some to be a little slow. her development of Liz, her main character, has improved as the series has progressed. I thought this book was her best so far because it moved faster and wasn't a typical plot or a predictable one. The characters were also more likeable.

What a lame book. How does this kind of material get into a library system ? I had read a review , but the book certainly doesn't match the hype. Maybe I should pay closer attention
to what the reviewer is actually saying. A waste of natural resources (trees).
