Good Binge book, even if it doesn’t make sense. I thought the daughter, Trixie, was pretty needy and tedious. She seemed to o young to be experiencing the thoughts, actions and desperation. They kept saving her, which could have been 3-4 times less and still had an impact. The Dad, Daniel, seemed to make transformations at will. Maybe that’s how transformations are. The Mum, Laura, was necessary for plot twists, I guess.

Not my favorite Jodi Picoult book. The story was okay and thought-provoking. The comic book pages turned me off.

This book is so raw and emotional. I honestly can't get this book out of my head. Jodi outdoes herself on this title.

Hair raising drama about teenagers, their parents and friends. It's too...Jodi Picoult does 'too' well.I liked the insertions . The graphics added to the storyline.

A very excellent read that made me want to tear my hair out in anger over one of the main characters. As you read this novel, the character Trixie and her morals will not only make the story very riveting, but also very frustrating. This book is great with it's illustrations too.

Do try it!

I did not care for this book. A fourteen year old girl allowed to date an older teen, is that what is going on in the real world? Wow, am I behind the times! She and her toxic girlfriend playing "party games" with the boys hoping to get her boyfriend back? Most of the parents in Piocults books have it together better then the ones in this book. I have read a lot of her books and most of them are very thought provoking and at times extremely sad. Maybe I was having an ""off" day when I read this, but I was disappointed.

"The Tenth Circle" is one of my favorite stories. It is basically about a teenager that is in love with Jason. However she tells the police that he raped her one night during a party. Jason gets convicted and he might go to prison. However he killed himself before he went to prison. Trixie is now the first suspect that might of have killed Jason. She decided to ran away to Alaska where her father grew up. When her father, Daniel Stone, finds her, he told the police that he was the one who killed Jason. However the police tells him that Laura, Trixie's mother, said that she was the one who killed Jason. The mystery of this story is who might of have killed Jason, and whether Trixie's life will be normal, and also if she's going to be able to have a family one again.

Mediocre. I accept that Jodi Picoult has a particular plot template that works for her, and I tend to enjoy her books (as one would enjoy popcorn for a snack - nothing much to it, but can't stop snacking). But this one really didn't excite me.

Trixie Stone accuses her ex-boyfriend Jason Underhill of raping her, everyone is quick to take his side when he claims their intercourse was consensual. Trixie's parents, Daniel, a mild mannered comic book artist from a harsh background, and Laura, a college professor sleeping with one of her students,
