If you feel like you've lost your creative touch or you want to be more creative this is a great book to pick up. The authors provide a 5-step process that exercises you mentally, emotionally, and physically, and if you practice daily you create habits that keeps you in a more creative state of mind. My only negative about the book is that it does get repetitive as you read the chapters. Otherwise, a good start to changing behaviour to be more creative.
