As far as it goes the information is good. It emphasizes the food like food available in supermarkets and restaurants does not deliver nutrition. It is too bad it didn't cover more of the problems created by eating this high fat, high processed carbohydrate diet. It does state the processed carbs make you fat which they do, but I would have liked them to state more of the digestive process that creates this as even a commentator here didn't get that connection.
Fork over Knives is better, but if someone is just trying to understand why loosing weight is hard for them this is the DVD to watch. Simple statement for that problem is effectively delivered.
