Overall, I was disappointed with this book: 1) Much of the content could have, ironically, been simplified to the length of an article in a magazine; 2) It was irritating how often the author mentioned Steve Jobs/Apple. I understand that Segall's time with Apple left an impact, but it was personally grating; and 3) The 'how to' chapter was very broad and basic. It's worth a read for some of the anecdotes, but doesn't add much value for someone who has a modicum of business education (where many of the same anecdotes would be covered).
