Art of the Face (beginner adult drawing class)
Event 2 of 3 in this series
, A beginner portrait class starts with simple shapes to map the face’s structure, focusing on placement of eyes, nose, and mouth (using the loomis method). You’ll then practice basic shading to suggest form, learning to see light and shadow. The goal is to create a recognizable, proportional sketch using fundamental techniques, leaving with core skills to practice.
