Wildland Fire Management Program presented by JCSO at Deer Creek
The Jefferson County Wildland Fire Management Program takes a comprehensive, county-wide approach to wildfire management. The program was created to address critical gaps in wildfire response, planning, mitigation, community engagement, technology and data management, and sustainable funding.
By strengthening collaboration and investing strategically, the program empowers all partners—agencies, communities, and stakeholders—to work together in building stronger wildfire resilience across Jefferson County.
