Core and Floor Restore at Deer Creek
Core and Floor Restore is a foundational, beginner-friendly class designed for people who are pregnant or postpartum and want to feel stronger and more supported in their core. The class begins with a breathing check-in, abdominal separation and deep core engagement. You’ll learn simple, practical information about how the core and pelvic floor work during pregnancy and after birth. We’ll finish with a few gentle exercises you can take home to improve core connection, support healing and make everyday movements feel easier.
This class is taught by Dr. Ally Ossege-Lusk, a Pelvic Floor Therapist and mother of two.
