Titles with Bisexual Characters (2020)

Lists have been UPDATED with new titles; next update for all lists will be spring 2024. These titles feature bisexual (of any gender) main characters, who may also have other identities (such as being asexual or Jewish). Only YA and Adult titles are included; Teen and Children's titles have their own separate lists. Bisexual: experiencing romantic and/or sexual attraction to two *or more* genders Pansexual: experiencing romantic and/or sexual attraction to multiple genders, all genders, or regardless of gender Omnisexual: experiencing romantic and/or sexual attraction to all genders, sometimes with a preference for certain genders or that gender plays a role in the attraction (ie, as opposed to "regardless" of gender, in which gender does not influence attraction) Multi-Gender Attracted (mga): used as a general catch-all to describe romantic/sexual attraction to two or more genders; this avoids assuming whether a person is bisexual, pansexual, queer, etc when their label is unknown This list includes any pairing combination of men, women, and non-binary genders, including Male-Female and polyamorous romances. If a main character or love interest is described in the text or by the author as bi, pan, mga, attracted to multiple, all, or regardless of gender, then that character is included in this list. Other terms used in the notes: wlw = woman-loving-woman / mlm = man-loving-man, these are used when it's unknown if a character is gay or bi, pan, etc; trans = transgender; gnc = gender non-conforming; poc = person of color MC = Main Character; LI = Love Interest; SC = Side Character; TW = Trigger Warnings *Titles are roughly in order by the original year published. The year shown in the catalog is the year published for the edition of the title TCCL owns, which may not be a first edition.
