Winston Breen loves puzzles, and he finds them everywhere! So when he finds some strange puzzle pieces in an antique box that his sister receives as a birthday gift, he can't resist the challenge of finding out where the box came from and what the words on the pieces might mean. Before he knows it, he's off in search of long-hidden treasure-accompanied by the town librarian, an ex-policeman, a pretty reporter, and a pair of mysterious strangers. At first, it seems as though they're all working together. But it soon becomes clear that someone in the group doesn't intend to share the treasure, should it be found.
